Each week during this month we’ll publish four workout videos designed to move you beyond kegels and gain true strength and flexibility in your whole body (including your pelvic floor). We’ll email you every Monday and Friday too, so you’ll get a quick reminder of your workouts. BONUS: in the last week of the month, you get to choose to either catch up or repeat workouts and join our live ‘clinic call’.
